🇪🇺 Collaboration with European Schools
Korea-EU educational collaboration:
- I led a KDIS initiative to establish a joint academic program with European universities, securing funding from the National Research Foundation.
- As chair of the MDP program, I developed a strategic plan to integrate Korea’s development experience and Southeast Asia-focused research into a globally relevant, research-intensive educational track. While not fully institutionalized, these efforts advanced the School’s mission to provide policy-oriented education through international partnership and regional expertise.
KDIS-Europe Summer School:
- As part of this initiative, I organized KDIS–Europe Summer Schools on political polarization and the economic development of Asia, fostering cross-regional academic dialogue and experiential learning.
